I do agree that the eagle riders are a trash, if you wind up against dwarfs sure something to take out their war machines might be handy but barring that, yeah just disband.
On the plus side, they do have the 360* fire arch, so for a micro heavy army it’s nice to take something off your plate. No kidding right? Well, see the thing is everyone likes to go with the higher tier units but the drop in unit size doesn’t really compensate by their damage increase. Well your constraining resource is gonna be the amber, so their starting archers are really good, you might want to max and match them to the hagbane tips and the other damage buff one and not need to go much further, as the higher up the tier like waystalker/striders are going to cost amber.
